Tryout clinics are our opportunity for our staff to meet and get to know your athlete before the official tryout. Clinics will consist of jumping, tumbling, stunting, and the teaching of a short dance that athletes will perform at their tryout. There is no experience necessary to attend tryouts or tryout clinics. 

We encourage all athletes to attend as many of the tryout clinics as possible! 

Open gyms are a great opportunity for athletes to get comfortable in our gym environment and work on their skills before tryouts. Open gyms are designed to help athletes prepare for tryouts while allowing our staff to get to know them. Attendance is not mandatory to try out. 

Parent meetings give families the chance to meet our staff and have all of their questions answered. We will review the BCE handbook, go over the season cost breakdown, and share other important information so you are fully informed about our processes and procedures before committing to a team. At least one parent or guardian must attend a parent meeting. If you are unable to attend, please let us know so we can ensure you receive all the information you need. 

Team placements will be announced via the BCE website by 2:00pm on Sunday, May 31st. Meet the team practices will begin the following week. 

The tryout fee is $250. Should you accept a position on one of our teams, this fee will be applied to your December tuition.
